Our client a renowned company in local manufacturing, repairing transformers, prepaid smart meters, EPC projects, renewable energy is seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their dedicated team.

Job Purpose

This position plays a crucial role in marketing and selling the company’s products (meters, solar panels, transformer repair services, new transformers) to private clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Understand the target market, customer needs, and competitors’ offerings through research and analysis
  2. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with business development team to develop effective strategies for promoting the company products or services. This may involve advertising campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
  3. Generate Leads: Use various techniques such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging social media to generate leads and potential customers.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers. Follow up on leads, answer queries, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of the products or services.
  6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and prices with customers and work towards closing sales deals.
  7. Track Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends to continuously improve products and marketing strategies.
  9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions for management review.

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve a sales contribution of at least 10% of the total sales revenue per financial quarter
  • Successfully convert at least 20% of the leads provided into customers per quarter
  • Conduct a minimum of 15 cold calling calls, emails, or meetings with potential clients per month.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness of all sales reports and data.
  • Maintain 100% adherence to SOPs

 

Qualifications Required

  • Degree in Business, marketing or a relevant course.
  • Certified Sales Professional or Certified Service Professional
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical field.
