Our client a renowned company in local manufacturing, repairing transformers, prepaid smart meters, EPC projects, renewable energy is seeking to hire Administration and Compliance Officer to join their dedicated team.

Job Purpose

To coordinate, guide and supervise office administrative services and interdepartmental support and efficiency to spur smooth operations

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate inter-departmental administrative services to spur continued smooth operations.
  2. Advise on best asset management practice.
  3. In charge of administration projects.
  4. Coordination and monitoring of company and hired equipment.
  5. Advise on policy making and implementation when it comes to resources usage.
  6. Research on administrative matters and advise management.
  7. Ensure compliance on occupation health and safety.
  8. Ensure there is equal allocation of work resources in terms of furniture and fixtures.
  9. Advise junior staff on best practice and monitor implementation of Admin SOPs.
  10. Be a link between the company and service providers.
  11. Coordination with the security team on asset security matters in the premises.
  12. Initiate repairs, replacement or installation of any worn out or broken item.
  13. Prepare External letters and communications.
  14. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, office management or related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years working within a Corporate setting.

Skills

  • Strong leadership skills and a good sense of management
  • Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, use of internet and email
  • Driving license or knowledge in mechanical or civil works is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including influencing negotiation.
