  • Contributing to the achievement of allocated annual sales targets for the Society by proactively and
    rigorously engaging in sales activities.
  • Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting and Act as the face of the
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received by
    Overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable,
    friendly and courteous service to all customers.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new
    initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings, and product de-lists.
  • Provide periodic sales reports to your Supervisor on sales operations.
  • Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
  • Providing information feedback to your supervisor on customer requirements and competitor activity
    in the region.
  • Assisting in establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales area.
  • Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute and make use of company digital resources such as social media and others to grow the
    company business.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
    Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.


  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field from a recognised
  • Minimum KCSE C (plain).
  • Proven experience of not less than 2 years as a Sales Rep in real estate.
  • Passionate about sales.
  • Strong communication skills with high integrity.
  • Highly motivated, a go-getter & Energetic.
  • Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and use good organization skills.
  • Able to work independently & Can Engage / Delight Customers.
